The property was fairly clean with very amiable and exceptional staff. The rooms were brand-new and spotless with a microwave as well as the ac, just what was needed. The location was convenient and great for Grand Rapids, adjacent to businesses on the southeast end of town. I came here for 2 nights and had a fine stay.

We got an upgrade to a brand-new and good sized room with a microwave oven, a fridge and coffee/tea making equipment. We booked it for US$ 121. The location was comfortable and unbeatable for exploring Grand Rapids...

Everything there were wonderful, including modernfacilities. Very kind, nice staff with smiling face. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Amazing swimming pool and great location right by the airport and businesses on the southeast end of town.

Climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. A handy kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Location near to airport. Also, in the Grand Rapids area.

The room layout was strange, but we enjoyed the studio setup. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. Although there were some issues with the TV channels, we were still able to enjoy basic ones. The breakfast, while limited, had good coffee and the complimentary water was greatly appreciated. The hotel's location was great for our early morning flight out of Grand Rapids and the facility was clean and quiet. The staff was cheery and provided excellent service. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location for travelers.
